No! Dont buy Cellphones! you will need this NOC which is not that easy to get...and not worth the hard work for a chinese replica

BTW, when did this became mandatory? As I have Received 3 mobiles, 1 in March, 1 in April and 1 in May 2015... They simply arrived at my address.

you will need to visit the DHL office or post office get the imei number from the package and seal the package again, sign it, then you will have to obtain 2 letters one from post office and one from customs, fill the form on PTA website and send the documents by post/TCS to PTA then they will send you a msg when ur NOC is ready and will send you by post... wait for the NOC, when it arrives, take it to the post office and give it.. next day they will handover the parcel after you pay the custom duty...

actually bro ye problem ic lye aati hai k session required hota hai aur session normally log 15-20 mints k liye open kartey hain jabke payment verification suppose 10 hours baad hoti hai so verifcation fail ho jathi hai....
