@wasay_ahmed: i didnt know bout ngk plugs for mark x...i got to know from optimum motorsport n ask bout denso plugs which r not available plus they dont know the price too...they told me to use ngk plugs

oops man ur gunna destroy its engine wth knocking and misfiring checkout the difference of size between fk20bhr11 n ngk ifr6t11.

@jz & SER: yea exactly i wanted to make sure if they r for mark x or not...i knew it sumthing is not right coz i ve never heard ngk make for mark x engine....btw i found out tht denso fk20hbr-11 is the oem plugs of mark x....r these iridium or platinum....my mark x have done 31k km...if these are oem plugs iridium then i ll stick with it

yea bro these r oems n iridiums if ur car has done 31k on ur current plugs,chk em,they might need to be changed.approx life is 30-35k kms,depending on how well u maintain them (service/clean after every 10k)

OEM r iridiums no need to swap those just clean them a bit they last for quite long

+1,any mechanic can tell the condition of the plugs,if there good,stick with em till they last

@jz: i ve recently bought mark x bout 3 months bak with 30k km so was thinking to replace with new one...but i think i dont need to if they r in good condition n will clean it only....anyway thanks for helping me out

ur welcome,cool ur gettin em from there,make sure u take em outa box n seperately before bringing em,else duties par gayin gi

trust me even by hand they charge duties,so be aware of the custom guys n try to seperate the boxes from the plugs.
been there,done that" the reason im telling u this

Can you tell if i put iridium plugs in my swift(2010) will it give me some advantages like better mileage and performance(performance with stock plugs is already great, i am interested in mileage improvement). Some people say not much difference, as my car is in warranty i will install NGK iridium model IFR6J11 as recommended by suzuki.What will be their price.

yes it will make a lot of difference in terms of economy and performance,stock plugs r copper plugs,there a lot of differnce in copper n iridium plugs ,
infact the life of iridiums are much longer as compared to copper plugs
