I bought this Osaka coolant (pls see pics). There is nowhere mentioned about it being concentrated or prediluted. The shopkeeper said it's pre diluted. Can someone pls guide?
If it is not mentioned anywhere on the bottle you can very well guess the quality. Return this bottle and buy some branded coolant caltex, Toyota pink., Aisin to name a few.
