Assalamualaikum Oshan x7 2022 Model ki passenger seat k neeche card dene ki waja se wo floor tk pani ane se he kharab hogya jo k grip k sath almost 380000 ka hy or is ghalti ko company nahi man rahi na claim derahi hy me ab is behuda car ko sale kr k prado 2006 deisel lena chahta hu koi mashwara dega k kya mera ye decision sahi hy?

the biggest disadvange of all new brands enterered/entering is reliance on brand new parts
no junkyard support

i am not sure how oshan brand is to blame in this incident

Yup, thinking the same thing. People comparing Corolla Cross with these shit boxes, while the Cross would remain on the roads for ages to come, I want to see where these Chinese cars are in the next 5-8 years.

Lol calm your horses. Water damage is company’s fault? You think corolla cross parts are cheap? A guy got his dashboard stolen and Toyota asked him 30 lack for a new one. Search the topic on the forum you'll find one.

Having control boxes behind the kick panel or under the seats or in the trunk behind the left and right wheel well trim is normal for all high end vehicles. BMW, Mecs, Bentley all have such control boxes in these locations. Oshan is no different

The question that comes to mind is how did the water get to this control box. Either some fool guy decided to wash the carpet with a water hose or this car has been an unfortunate victim of flood water. Either way this is not a warranty claim as @hash4u said Oshan is not to be blamed.

Your best bet, If you want keep the car, look for this part online. You might find it cheaper overseas however somtimes such parts have to be coded to the vehicle. .

Repair this card from outside market.

You cannot compare Chinese shit with Japanese one.

Owing all Chinese stuffs does not mean that Chinese stuffs are good but in fact no choice due to price factor but this doesn't mean that we will start saying bad things as good things. Reality will remain same, no need to false praising if i own it

Regardless of Chinese being of whatever quality, these cards/modules are VERY sophisticated and 99% non repairable. Water damage means that the IC chips are fried. These are not available in the open market. I am sharing a picture of a typical water damage module to give an idea of what to expect:

The whitish deposits are residue that may have short circuited IC chips.

Best way is to replace with a brand new one or good used one.

Anyhow the OP is very quiet. I think he may have already found a solution.
