bro my advice is to get engine overhauled by a suzuki dealer, get a kabuli gear box (irrespective if the other can be repaired or not) and a good clutch plate preferably from the dealer. lastly use good oils. this will end your misery

you mean SLEEVES not sleeps. btw - sleeves are the inserts installed to bring the bore size back to standard specs. the real name which is more understandable is cylinder.

The oil pump can be measured for wear and replaced/refaced accordingly. I myself spend a long time cleaning the cooling jackets till I see no corrosion or sludge, It really helps in regulating temperatures.

btw suzuki dealerships are complete lunatics in Pakistan - they never use anything as sophisticated as a torque wrench (torque limit ratchet) and use the worst machining facilities in the market.

yar our mechanics are very skilled. go to any reputed dealer or workshop. they dont have the right tools but they have the skill to work without them. the only thing that you shud replace is the gearbox.
