In a Facebook page shared in one of the posts, a car owner claimed a PW inspector was asking for a bribe to pass the car.

I believe the PW management needs to implement a strict policy for its employees to avoid such a situation.

Pakwheels have deviated from what it was formed.
Initially, it was more focused towards awareness, educative information and helping car owners.

Later on when commercialization factor has inducted, yes the things have been considerably changed.

Still management seems no link with price or quality whatever is selling, it is just like classifieds in newspapers, newspaper is not responsible for what ever the features or claim mentioned in ads, they are just meant for printing it and thus charging for it

am a hard core critic of PW Inspections & Forum Moderators.

Buy & Sell section is running under free market heirarchy. The principal of Premium Price selling is Global issue no Govt can control unless the free market rules are abolished.

Check the 70s' market norm of East Berlin / USSR papers from history. XX number of cars are produced per year and XXX number of people were in wait list. The lucky ones getting delivery on their turn can not sell their car for next 18 months.

Before fall of RED Block the Poland was producing / selling largest number of vehicles across 'RED Block' per year. The number of vehicles produced was far LESS then Indus Toyota produces in a 30 day production cycle.

If anything, I feel like PW should atleast generating more revenue from it's services, There maybe shady people working for PW services (Like Sell it for me, or CAR Inspection Service) it is not a PW endorsed activity it's purely because the employee is not doing justice to his work.

Can you elobrate on this point? How an employee not doing job properly is not endorsed by the organization?

Sure, PW cannot guarantee to be on top of each and every employee at all times
- If the employee takes bribes to mark a car at 100% in his report so the sales go through
- If the "sell it for me" employee undervalues the car and buys it for himself or his family member to later sell for a profit

Suppose, I call for PW car inspection. They send Mr. XYZ to inspect my car and he commits any fraud / misdeed then I'll blame PW as I didn't know Mr. XYZ in first place neither I called him. I asked from PW and they sent their representative, so the organization (PW in this case) is responsible.

I would rate PW Forum as 10/10,
PW Store and Managed by PW services as 5/10, and
PW inspection service as 1/10.

But PW and its affiliates members will call it act of individual and not a PW policy and will call it a day, like wise the say about the PW adds of car prices with ON as individual market seller prices and PW has no concern about it.

Similar like a hotel rooms operating as brothel, but hotel management claiming that these are the activities of guests that have individually booked the rooms.

The company can be held accoutable only if sellers are indulging in illegal activities.

But by all accounts the management is responsible for the actions of its PW car inspection team. I believe there must be strict policy against illegal actions of its inspectors such as asking for bribes to pass the test.

How it is rational to say that they can be held responsible for one wrong act and not the other? Whereas both activities are being done via their hotel I mean platform.

The point mentioned in your post concludes that:
The activity that brings in money is ok.
The activity that takes out money is not ok.

if OEM price is X. for xxx no of days to deliver

and vehicle is under owner ship of owner posting an ad at PW demanding Y for COD , would you please provide any legal document or clause which bar the owner to demand price of CHOICE.

please carefully check the vehicle ads posted in buy & sell section an ad to sell over PW does not mean the item is under ownership of PW.

Sell it for me - for that PW charges an extra fee, while value figure demand is set by the OWNER not PW.

Unless it is at PW STORE which is different classification.
