You will not ask them to do any work. Just tell them to put Techstream for some good diagnosis. Take the images of all data spread over various tables (need to scroll through all since most of the time techies there show just what's the first thing)

What i have learned till now from Ahmed, and Xulfiqar that problem is not with valves, it can be MAF, O2 sensors, injectors,
For that should i send my vehicle to toyota 3s ? Can they examin voa tech stream and diagnose the real issue

be very specific for reference to this forum. Ask for compression test, diagnosis, estimated time and financials to fix. They will shooh away vehicles with the drivers' expecting cut-back from SAHEB account.

compression leak, either the injector seal, leaky valve seal, trubo pod leak, vaccum etc etc.

basic start - compression test wet & dry reading will ascertain where to start from.

Since Sept 2017 All IMC 3 SHOPS are alerted not to undertake grey import repairs. They may scan and provide reports & parts requirement but will not undertake repairs, for lack of parts support for so many grey variants.

Gutka chewing mechanic ustaads use 'hit and trial', 'hit and miss' tricks because they don't know nothing and don't have ANY knowledge of modern machines. They experiment at the cost of customers finance, time and peace of mind. They have no idea about a proper diagnosis (sorry for typo... Edited)

Only a proper diagnosis will identify the issue.

Every toyota dealer has techstream, some people also own it privately, but similar functions can be found in other tools likr autel etc. If its got the later update.

And the person using it should know what to do with the data, this is the most important part

Aslamolaikum every one who helped through this forum,
They vehicle is with mechanic
Valves are good
Vehicle missing is finished and its smooth now
But hard starting in cold engine is still there
Mechanic is saying this is due to bad fuel injectors, and right now the injectors in vehicle is not original, they are “pasoo” injectors

I asked my driver who went to change fuel injectors and said he dont know they just changed and given the bill

I just want to ask, from where i can find original product number of fuel injectors for toyota hilux 2008 model trd supercharged 3956 1gr fe engine ?
So i can order them from ebay exactly as number matches

Aslamoalaikum every one, just wanted to update

Vehicle went to a mechanic a good one and family friends, they thoughroly checked and said this is not due to engine valves,
They changed all the coils first because old coils were having solution tape on them,
And then they opened the fuel injectors, surprisingly fuel injectors were not for this 1GR FE engine as 1GR FE engine’s fuel injectors is having 12 holes in one injectors, and injectors which were fitted was having 4 holes in one injector, mechanic said these fuel injectors is of Passo,
Well changed them aswell,
Changed the crankshaft sensors aswell
Now vigo is half start ( both hot and cold engine)
Running smooth without missing
No noises and no smoke and smell

But Check engine light is still there, mechanic said this vehicle is fully altered from start to end, CEL will remain
What do you guys says on this ?
