as i have removed my TRD,
So my ECU PCM was programmed for TRD,
As per my mechanic ECU programing for TRD can not be undone,
ECU needs to be changed ...
can anyone guide ?
Will this work fine without TRD?
Can Reprogramming can be done ?
Do i need to buy new ECU ?

TRD mapping can not be reversed in Pakistan., even by the Indus. They do not have skills & tools to do such Flashing of ECU. Now you need an ECU which shall match the engine (engine model) / transmission ( trans/axle code) combination.

Whoever provide or source the ecu for you please ask him the power train code if available otherwise it will be hit & try. do not pay for arranged ECU. Please run 1 complete fuel tank at all possible speeds on & off road before payment.

Yes you are right,
Got the same number ECU quetta but car didnt start, arranged another from Karachi but same fate, another one from karachi but same fate..
Till now, atleast tried 7 ECUs with same code but car didnt started,
Now again installed same ecu
Car is still with mechanic as he he is working on it and testing it on daily basis

the ecu is not plug and play. Once its installed the immobiliser needs to be written again and the car serial number too. (called programming)

Who are you employing for this job that they have used 7 ECUs by now?

I am really sorry for the late reply, i was away at my job out of network for almost 2 months ..

Vehicle is good now but giving Lean condition on keft bank, we changed the o2 sensor to right bank and then it gives lean condition On right bank.

Its possibly O2 sensor bad.

But i bought then just 2 months ago ..

you bought used sensors last I checked, they wont work - this is a wear part and has a finite life, That life is reduced rapidly by driving it very lean or very rich.

it was brand new

I just talked to a dealer from i bought those .. and he is saying these electric parts don't have warranty .. we cant do any thing ..

This is insane .. just 2 months life ?
