Mean while the work on design of Cooling system also done and have decided to live with a thermostat control Electric fan
Some filters and Oils. when you buy a 4x4 ..stay ready to have every thing in bulk...:S
Finally Able to Put the engine initial Set up in the ride and have started the engine successfully

The fan from E120 corolla looks inadequate to me. Is it doing fine with cooling the monster?
In initial Tests in city slow and rushy driving condition it is working very fine with automatic thermostat switch and also under boost . but i have in hand a Very Very heavy duty German fan if Required. but i hope it will work
Why not the clutch fan? NO offense but electric fan in an old 4x4 is like a khassi bakra in my opinion i.e. wont be able to do the real thing but seems good and pleasant in general
