If the engine is sound go for it, mine had been imported recently when I purchased it, infect I was the first owner of the vehicle. I remember if you gave it a slight bit of paddle it would spin tires even with the full load in There was a program on BBC about SUFR (DALLA as called in Pakistan) and showed how tough a jeep it really is, he went ahead and threw her off the building, set her on fire, inundated her in ocean for overnight, het her head on on a wall and still she started on her first self that speaks volumes about her performance. I don't know how well she will perfom now after being in the hands of Pakistanis LOL Like I said if the engine is good go for it Regards Rashid Y

Yes the program was "Top Gear" and it was Series 3, Episode 5 way back in 2003... I might still have it in some archived DVD....

@shahzad727 not yet but you never know come Eid I might decide to check out chitral I wanted to go there this summer but due to the early arrival of Ramadan I changed my plans. actually I am thinking about selling the three door and getting a larger four door one to take my mother and dad along. if I could purchase one I might go
