AOA everyone!
I like mini pajeros very much and i wanted to buy one of those. I have found a mini model which is probably a 2000 (square headlights). The person is asking near 4 lakh. I told my mechanic but he said that you wont be able to repair it in Pakistan if it creates some problems and its software isn't available too. I really want to buy it! Please help! :s (Its 'Engine Check' light sometimes turns on but wents out once i press the accelerator)

@sirajmunir .. bro the price is okay but u can cut off more if u can ... but the problem of engine light check is not gud i think u need to get it's computer checked for it ...

well in karachi there is no issue of body parts or mechanic .. everything is available easily but dnt have idea of bhawalpur ...

we have a mini pajero cng non turbo auto.....in short it sucks !!!
the top speed is 110 on petrol
the top speed on cng is hardly 100

the avergae on petrol is 8
the average on cng is 75 km in 350rs !!!

the auto tranny doesnt kno of a second gear, it jumps from first to third....

at time, u can put a brick on the accelerator but it doesnt pik the rpm at all on both petrol and cng !!!

wat i need to ask u is wat if i convert my cng non turbo mini from auto to manual....how much wud a difference wud i see in the numbers ive given above !!!

AND PLZ PAKWHEELERS WHO DONT OWN A CNG NON TURBO MINI...PLZ REFRAIN FROM GIVING ANY SUGGESTIONS/ADVICE !

Salam bro .. well 660cc with auto tranny can do this much it would had be good if u had gone for turbo version .. in auto tranny ( for feedback on this u can check ehsan_zafar comments he owns 660cc turbo auto tranny on cng )

for average get the air filter and tunning of ur car .. it had been notice that average battery also effect the average so get it checked too

for second gear scene sensor get ur sensor checked or gear computer check up

i would suggest u not to change the tranny to manual but go for 1100cc pajero engine that would be much better option

Hi All, recently i bought Mini Pajero, 16V Non Turbo with manual gears. CNG installed, i drove it from peshawar to lahore on motorway, max speed was 120KM, locally it is giving 80Km with full time AC. right now i dont have the pictures but will upload soon. just want to know from where i can get fenders extneder and what will be the price for it.
need replies from the owners.

I need a small car for home. For small uses as second car. So thats why going for it. Converting it to CNG is not my option. Tell me about its maintence!

umm wht u need to know in maintence ?

in my experience of more than 2 yrs .. i came across the following expense yet ( approx not actual )

petrol avg with in city 10 - 11km per litre with ac ( manual gear )
front brake shoes around 600rs nippon ( changed 2 times yet )
rear brake shoes around 800rs nippon ( changed once only when i bought it )
engine oil 3.5 litre caltex ( 4 litre ) 1300rs
oil filter 250rs
spark plugs bosch germany cost around 1300rs 4 plugs ( changed 3 times )
dnt know the price of air filter as i have air take installed it costed me 800rs
once due to break of timing belt so it resulted in bend of valve so change of whole head ( which cost 5k in replacement frm shershah )
changed the tyres which cost me 32k ( dunlop grandtrek at3 )

this is my experience yet ... engine oil
and oil filter change after 4500km
spark plugs is still workin dne around 16000km yet on them

any query ... most welcome .. waiting : )
