Hello. I have just bought Pajero Mini 660 cc Automatic Model 1996. It is my first experience with automatic car. I wanted to ask that while driving it jerks whenever gear changes from 1st to 2nd or 2nd to 3rd i.e. upshift. If I increase the throttle slowly the gear changes with almost unnoticeable jerk (but slight jerk is still there) but if i put foot on throttle and gear changes on high RPMs the jerk is quite noticeable is it normal or is there any problem

all guys...salam..i saw a good mini pajero today for sale....paid the token as well....wanted to ask few things....one shock of the right hand side from the rear is not in good condition....the packing in the silencer is missing which is y the car is makin some more noise than usual and also the idle rpm is a bit unstable...drive is good...and one thing that i m the most concerned about is that...oil is leakin a bit from below the engine...like from the block on which the oil is poured in....it is leaking from below...so can the seals and all of mini pajero can be changed easily....how much would it cost to change the seals.....and also....is if there is any problem in buyin a car than is leakin oil..please do tell...the car is in good shape...i got the car checked by a mechanic the other day..body is original and engine in good shape like no overheating and all...please reply asap!

A: I WONT SUGGEST U TO BUY THIS .. u mite end up with many issues not sure but when problem is not knw its better to stay away .. my suggestion rest upto u bro : )

A: what ur mechanic said over the issues u stated above ?

Q: engine in good shape like no overheating and all
A: switch on the ac in standing condition u will knw its heating or not after 20 mins

thanks ali bhai.....i will take the mechanic again and get the leak checked...and only then buy it...as far as overheat is concerned...i drove the car very roughly for around 10-15 mins...the temp needle reached a touch below the hlf mark..that was the maximum it went....and any idea as to how much would it cost to replace the engine seals?

Salaam Ali, i like your pajero, it looks good, i am having a pajero min turbo automatic. I am wanting to get the side wheel arches modded as you have. Where can i get these from? Also where can i get general parts from? My pajero is missing the tray kit thing which goes in the back. I am not from here so don't realy know where to get parts etc. Your help would be appreciated. Thanks

A: well if ur ride need to get it done then do it otherwise dont .. i dont prefer that ... which color do u have ? if u want to change then i think u just dnt have to respray u have to do it frm the start first get it scratch out then new color as far as i knw ... neva gona through this so dnt know abt that ...

just to inform you guys that when i had 96 model mini i get tired of low speed on motor ways .. but after buying latest model i discover that four gears are heaven for mini lover ... it ain't feel engine reving when you ride it on high speeds on motor way and the technology is low end torch system so the turbo sound is minimum and speed is frequent without feeling that engine is rev so much ..

I LOVE THIS MINI MONSTER.
