salalm ali my mini 97 is recently giving trouble on cng initially it used to turn off as rpm used to fall down when i stop at signals or slow down but it used to be with ac on but without ac there was no trouble different mechanics tried their best now situation is different with ac on rpm is stable but without it when i start engine rpm immediately comes down and engine turns off can u guide what could be the problem and how to resolve .and by the way my heating problem was solved by changing gaskit and radiator with direct fan thanks

if u only having issue on cng then get ur cng tunning .. if on petrol also there ur throttle mite need service and even its not solved then ur fuel pump mite we weak

Its only on cng i got cng tuned many times lately by cng kit zone near islamia college but issue persist. One mechanic blocks half air passage near air filter second one blocks more but no use . Is blocking necessary on cng ? Any good cng mechanic you recommend in karachi.thanks

Gentlemen, I would like to ask for your help. I would like to now where the 3 tube inlets in the intake manifold should be connect. I think mine is not connected properly. Mine is a 660cc non turbo. Also, do you have any idea if we can buy a used intake manifold possibly.

mini are not front wheel drive ... which version u r using ? there is a small gear too ? if yes then u using 4 wheel drive ... if its on 2h means rear wheel drive ( 2 wheel ) .. if 4h / 4l then its on 4 wheel drive

its manual version ... all have 5 speed ...

the auto version are in 2 category
98 and below .. 3gear forward
99 and above ... 4gear forward

I dont own a mini but will be buying 1 soon INSHALLAH.......I hav seen a small gear in all Minis......so just want to know that if we dont engage that small gear then then it will be a rear wheel drive or front wheel drive????

Alizzz, I have gone through the entire thread and noticed a lot of people having issues with mini and this exactly translates into low price <Rs. 500k. People are even changing engine to 1100cc but apparently issues remain there.

As I like the shape of this machine, I would love to buy one but want peace of mind, dont want to go to mechanics, and fuel economy of at least 10+....

Is it possible? If so, what I need to do?
