After a lot of search, I was at last able to get hold of a Pajero as per my requirements.
It is .....

A metal top Wagon super JX-W
V6 3000 Automatic.
Water dropping engine (it was replaced with same specs).
In original interior and exterior mostly.
Let me attach a few pics for your expert comments ....

I have a weird issue in my 2006 3.2 DID pajero,, it accelerates better when given partial throttle in comparison to when given full throttle. Any idea what could be causing it?
No other issues, mileage is good, easily touches 165, goes further than that too but takes a little time.

Does engine makes noise with heavy foot?

not more than the usual, I can just feel a slight restriction when floored and as a slowly decrease the throttle, the restriction decreases and acceleration increases

As for 2nd gen, they are wonderful vehicles but different than Gen 3 and 4 in some ways. I can understand your preference for a certain generation due to your personal preference.

Seems like turbo wastegate issue
