Qaiser sb, put in 6.5 and then measure with dipstick. If it is less than the OK level, put in some more

My jeep dipstick is tempered I mean has been remade and is incorrect I guess. I had put 6 liters after full draining frm beneath and changing filter but whn I chk level it shws excess. Also there r no levels of min n max on dipstick just a couple of cuts I ll get a new one soon.but my question is shd I pour mre nw r wait for proper dipstick.

Mitsubishi Service Manual has the oil capacity listed at 6.5 Liters. You can get away with up to 7.5 Liters but at high revs it is bound to pop a seal or two.

If its 4d56 then 6 liters, not an ml above, its will damage the seals of engine

With filter change its going to be 7.8-8.2 Ltrs including oil filter & oil cooler

Pajero specialist required in karachi.

Dear all, i am facing some engine problem in my 1990 pajero, (4d56). The engine is weak, consuming oil, underpower, and giving poor milage. I wish to get it overhauled, but i need some realy good mechanic for this job, as i dont trust unknown mechanics who only do experiments on it.
Experts suggestion is highly needed in this regard.

Just fond this thread , I am interested in buying pajero for my family , want to use occasional .I am interested in 5 doors only from 1988 to 1993 model .For normal use I have wagon r .I am looking for some payment plan kind of thing as I bough wagon r a while ago and 3 months back a yaris so I already spent 2 Million pkr for two cars.If any one has an option please let me know,I don't have problem paying reasonable extra amount .I have only issue I can't pay all at once .Am from wah Cantt but currently in Dubai.
