@op state that the didn't perform well in india and according to inter kizashi didn't perform well becoz it was petrol car and india market demands diesel ...

Of course, a diesel-powered Kizashi would've garnered more attention in the Indian market, but the real reason the Kizashi flopped here is not because of the lack of a diesel motor, but because people weren't willing to pay over 25 lakhs for a Suzuki, no matter how capable a vehicle it might be; the same reason it will fail in Pakistan.

I don't understand whats wrong with Pak Suzuki... They definitely should consider changing their Research and marketing department here in Pakistan..On what basis they are launching this car here in Pakistan... any market assessment analysis. or they are focusing on hardly few percent niche market.
First Wagon R in 1.2 million price tag with additional hundred thousand for body kit, spoiler and fog lamps, with zero safety features and now Suzuki Kizashi in 5 million.
I foresee the fate of this car same as Toyota Prius offered by Toyota Pakistan or Honda CRZ ....

The plastics used around the engine start button, and in some parts of the dashboard fascia look hard (judging by the photos); ridiculous for a car that costs over 50 lakh Pakistani rupees.

Yup, the plastics look SHIET! (at least in the pics) when you look at the price tag. Besides, this car is not for our market. Its targeted at a niche segment and honestly, they won't a buy a Suzuki for the OMGPREMIUMCARWOW factor.

All that investment for 2% elite? Then again that elite is not dumb enough to go for a suzuki luxury they'll opt for german brands. So why suzuki focused on such a small percentage of the consumer market? That's beyond me, it is clear if they launch some thing worth while in 1, 1.3 and 1.6 category they'll have better chances of success.

Enjoyed reading all the comments under the main article posted on the front page and the ones in this thread. If almost everyone is raising the same doubts and points on what PAK SUZUKI would/should have done rather than this GOOF UP, it does amaze me what kind of bozos are sitting inside this company (one of their senior management japanese guy is shifting to the house next to mine in a few days) haha.

The 1% that would consider buying this car, will have to think twice, as noone likes being made fun of

Seems 5 million does not mean anything in my country. We need good fuel efficient cars for urban environment. 660cc to 1300cc hatchbacks. Anyone having a motorcycle has a chance to get a 660cc. If I have 5 million why I would buy this instead of new hybrid car?

Just come back after visit , car is awesome, great interior exterior, no mach with rolla civic camry, but worth not more then 32-35 lakh according to my point of view

Well.. how about parts? How expensive is the maintenance? Also just for a second imagine you buy a car in 2015.. and after one year in 2016 the prices of fuel goes to 100 dollar a barell.. what are economy figure by pak suzuki?

Kizashi is discontinued and it only came with a 2.4L engine option. Putting Hybrid means bumping a price on higher side. will someone check what's the production dates on cars on dealers lot?

Fuel economy for manual transmissions is under reported on the U.S cycle. It is better in real driving conditions.
