A person, who is willing to spend over 1 million pak rupees on the VXL variant, won't have problems paying a few more thousand rupees to Pak Suzuki to get the rear windows powered. I don't understand what was going on in Pak Suzuki's mind at that time.

I have been driving WagonR since 6 months. So far so good. but today I was first time disappointed the driving of WagonR in windy area. If the wind is blowing across the car you feel the car is swinging from left to right and vice versa. But if the wind is coming from behind or front, it does not effect much.

Anyhow due to tall body design it is difficult to handle the car in windy situation. I have to constantly control the car to retain it in the middle of the road.

The rear seats are not comfortable at all due to extra height. The distance between the driver and front passenger is not adequate. The front passenger right arm is constantly hinder me while changing gear. Other than that it is over all a good car

My friend, the problem of wobbling, as you mentioned, was the foremost reason behind selling my Wagon R. It used to wobble left and right on roads with strong breeze blowing across the car.

Did you try bigger tyres? does it reduce wobbling?

IMHO, Not a car expert but I would like to share my experience with both cars under comparison here, my Good friend and a long time BANNED Pakwheeler #bluehorn owns a brand new WagonR where as I have a Old Cultus back from 2008 which carries a G10B... So I have feed back for both.

• Top Speed is same I have seen cultus flating out at 150kmh at times and at other times i was able to hit 160+kmh
  Same is wagor's experience as max we saw is 168kmh so far.
• The Launch is Good in Cultus hands down.
• Cross wind is better controlled in Cultus (WagonR being Straight like Wall from Sides is a killer to handle Cross wind).
• Feul economy is way better in WagonR even when pushed hard.
• Noise Damping Wagonr Superb, Cultus Sucks in noise damping .. to much noise above 100kmh.

I havnet tested but if Cultus and WagonR of same health are danced together Cultus would take the intial lead but they would flat out at some what same top speed.

I think wagon r pick is better than cultus and also hp of w.r is 67-68 and cultus is 54hp.

Arey bhai these are family hatch backs compare them on the basis of space, reliability, comfort, shock absorbing capacity, fuel mileage, boot space, brakes, city drive, ease of parking etc etc these are the things which matter the most for a person who buys a family hatch, to make his drive comfortable and stress free from home to office and office to home, to enjoy his drive during hanging out with friends and family on the weekend etc etc, drifting and all is not the requirement of a buyer of such cars. Its unfortunate to see even senior members are indulging in to such stupid comparisons.

I said so because any sane person (I'm sure you also) would not consider dragging as an intelligent and wise move and that too in small family hatch backs like wagon r and cultus, so why make comparisons on these factors? Got these crashed pictures from a friend, as per his information the car was in speed when it hit the truck. Location is: super highway Khi-Hyd track. The person driving the car lost his life. Pray that the Almighty grant him in his higher places.

I appreciate concern of some forum members here and they surely are expressing their thoughts with good intentions. What we were discussing is a drag between Cultus and Wagon r. The reason is to compare the actual performance of both cars instead of that written on the papers.
Please note that engine acceleration power does play a crucial role while overtaking. When you overtake other vehicles, your own vehicle must have enough power and to get an actual idea of engine power of a novice vehicle such as Wagon R, one must compare it with another vehicle already present in the market and widely tested (in this case cultus). That is the sole reason behind why i compared Cultus with Wagon R. One can get in a life and death situation if he starts overtaking and suddenly finds out that his vehicle didnt have enough power when its too late.
Similarly, If a person compares top speed of two vehicles, it doesn't necessarily mean he is a 15 year old teen and is going to engage in a street race. He can be a mature person comparing for an Actual reason.
A vehicles top speed also indicates how comfortably it will handle highway speeds. For instance if wagon r touches 170km/h then it denotes that its engine wont be screaming on 120km/h to 130km/h and that it can handle these speeds with ease on somewhat low rpms. Now i think that explains why i asked for top speed and acceleration power of wagon r in comparison to Cultus.
Again I really appreciate concern of respected forum members but please re-evaluate if use of words like "Stupid" "Childish" is justified.

If someone says wr wobble on windy day the video of wr with 14" are shared and statements like "my wr never wobbled" etc are posted it car with no SPECIAL suspension tall body and small tyre how can one even deny the fact such car won't wobble
There were claims of k series are torquy enough to take wr to moon and when some faw v2 or other car is claimed to be more torque speed trill but kill type statements can be seen
And I simply can't forget the thing when someone said that independent suspension is good for drift only when I said wr suspension is not every special
Any all that was in very light tone and I am not trying to target anyone peace and No offense

The max speed i take my WR is 110 km/hr on lyari express way but thats only when i hardly see any car around or else i would have kept it below 100. Please drive safe.

On wobbling i can confirm that yes it wobbles due to high design but thats when you travel in open area with air is blowing fast and accross, you need to lower your speed, thats it, thats the compromise every buyer has to make while buying tall car, but in return you get much more space, better visibility which i chose over wobbling in windy situation.

Approximately 20K for rear power windows max but this is not the main issue. It attracts much more luxury taxes which eventually adds multiple times in the overall price of the car making it much more expensive. This is what I came to know about the reason.

no they arn't, but pak suzuki have given faulty wheels or rims thats why it wobbles at a certain speed, by changing tires and rims problem gets solved,
in india and other contries wr comes with 14 inch rims though.
