I bought it in 2012. He gave it to me in Rs4000/-. But I guess you can get one now is less price i.e. Rs 1500/- to Rs 3000/-.

The facebook page Car Tools Pakistan has two kinds, but they are different then Vgate. One is for 1500 and other one is for 3000.

But must go through this thread before u buy one as there are many Chinese clones out there:

Remember that this tool didnt work with my Lancer 2006 an City 2006 when I used it with Torque, Dash Command and OBD Doc. These apps are still not working with my Wagon R. Just this app "SZ Viewer" was successful in connecting with Vgate tool. Previously, all the apps "tried" to communicate but failed and there was no connection / communication with the mobile and the tool.

But this manual suggest engine oil viscosity as 0W-20, dont know why as Pak Suzuki says it should be 10W-40.

Pak Suzuki owner's manual clearly mentioned to use 0W-20 oil.
It's the sticker under bonnet/hood states 10W-40.
I am using 5W-20 since I purchased this car and I have driven more than 35,000 km with no issues. Also I used 75W-85 gear oil on 5k inspection. My transmission is much much smoother to shift than those who use pak suzuki's gear oil.
You will be much happier if you follow owner's manual

You can see that. It very clearly says that Engine oil should be 10W 40. Plz see the post.

Why is the scan saying that Torque Sensor (for EPS) is "off"? Is it normal?

It is 3 cylinder engine so it wobble a bit, it is normal.
Door lights are not working in wagon r so it will not light up... Both issue are normal

Bhai jaan, I was able to connect my Vgate OBD2 as shown earlier to work, atlast!!
Here are the snapshots

Torque shorque or OBD Doc isn't working. I used "SZ Viewer" instead. They claim the app is specifically for Suzuki vehicles, and it worked. Although only Engine and PS (Power Steering) pages display data as Wagon R doesn't have other things like AT, 4WD etc. I think this app actually is for Suzuki

Thanks dude. This means we can use any chinese OBD 2 scanner and use this app. Because none other app detects OBD 2 protocol of Suzuki cars.

Probably yes. As i still cant connect using Hob drive even with the settings told by another member. So SZ Viewer is the app for now.

I also following manual for my Swift and didn't used Suzuki gear oil. That is nothing but a thick liquid.

That my friend is not owner's manual. That's something printed by Pak Suzuki and they will definitely write lubricants whose viscosity match the ones which they offer.

I will post pictures of manual soon. Owner's manual is written and printed by the car/engine manufacturer and they know much better than Pak Suzuki what works better

Right, so what you want to say is that Pak Suzuki, the actual manufacturer of Suzuki cars in Pakistan is providing false info? Though I may agree with your point that PS' documents may not be authentic, but they can always produce the required viscosity oil in Pakistan if they are producing 10W40 oil already. Why would they mislead people to such a large extent? There's a hell lot of difference between 10W40 and 0W20 oil, and by recommending a wrong oil and then giving warranty basing on the same oil isn't smart. Though PS is independent to an extent but this kind of wrong info can always be objected by Suzuki Japan!

In any case, i will wait for ur manual and see what others say.
