Assalamualikum, brothers my waggy is giving me 11 to 12 km/l with moderate traffic and on and off AC ive done around 8k kms. i have the stocks installed aswell still im not getting better mileage what can be done to get more efficiency.
P.s i just bought the waggy recently on 7k kms driven by a person in brandnew condition. and i was told and read alot here aswell that it gives good fuel efficiency of around 16 to 17 km/l so im confused in that regards plus the 5k service is also done aswell that i confirmed too. i always try to Rev between 2.5 to 3 aswell. your suggestions would be highly apprieciated.

Might be u are running your tyres on low tyre pressure below 30. Get ur tyre pressure checked. Cz low tyre pressure effect ur handling and increase fuel consumption.

i think that ps suggest 36psi on all four wheels? why are you using 30psi?

tell the operator to transfer the call to Marketing Dept. query them. you need to keep follow up on this regularly. do not rely on anything Dealer says.

If u have stock tyres then the air should be 36 psi not 30. It's written at the door panel of drive side. 30 pso is too low for stock tyres, and hence the low mileage.

I have couple of issues to discuss....
1. My wagon R had steering box issue under warranty... I took my car to authorize dealer and they told me that they will replace steering box... I left my car in workshop and they called me after sometime that steering box has been replaced and wheel alignment done...car is fine now... Issue is regarding invoice I received from them... They did not mentioned anything about steering box and charged only wheel alignment... Know I worry that they might not have replaced the steering box.... Has any member come across warranty issue and if invoice mention about warranty part or not?

2...second issue is about extended warranty... I wanted to claim but they are refusing mentioning that I have not maintained my car, which I did. I have applied again with record this time... Any member claimed extended warranty or not? I think pak Suzuki is very reluctant to issue extended warranty....

Almost 3 weeks passed launching of Cultus, will like to take ur unbiased views regarding General public, market acceptence in terms of shape, Interior, room space, performance, luxury, Airbags, ABS addition, Value for money, views when comparing with WR as both parked side by side in every dealership, effect on sale of WR as New & used.

In my opinion suzuki cultus vxr will become sycessful instead of vxl. Cultus and wagonR have different price slabs due to which WagonR sales will not be effected cobsiderably. 20 percent wagonR buyers will opt for cultuus vxr. Engine is same, cultus have better road grip, the rear legroom in cultus is congested as compared to WagonR. Looking forward for views of other members.

I have new WagonR and 2006 Alto, I just have baked paint it
Please guide me how to clean interior and exterior of both ?
Can I use any polish for exterior and interior? If yes which polish, where can I get it and how to use it ?
Someone also told me that I should not use cloth to remove dust from car body, it will cause friction and remove shine and might get scratches?

And how is steam service, can I use it. Few companies are providing it on doorstep.

For exterior, use shampoo with water during car wash, plus apply wax occasionally after 2~3 months.

165/70/R13 or even stock ones are good enough but India mein 14" tyres as stock ones aatey hain that's why I was asking!

just got my tire pressurized to 35psi lets see now... btw now at 35psi the jackrod is vibrating i think in the trunk anyone faced that kind of scenario? can the jackrod be fixed like as to it doesnt vibrate or something? cause karachi k roads ka toa Allah hi haafiz hay

Check the tyre and rim specs at the driving side door. If its written 14, go for it.
