i read the forums about the ac performance of both cars, wagon r has better ac as compared to cultus though engine is same , i have also read out some issues with cultus AC.
my family has already these cars . they are doing fine ,so that sums up my decision

Unfortunately Pak Suzuki does not use the engine oil recommended for K10B engine.
As per manual, the oil recommended for Wagon R is 0W-20. This oil will give you the best performance and the best fuel economy.
But Pak Suzuki does NOT make this oil. They instead make this heavy 10W-40 non synthetic heavy crap for Wagon R.
Usually, with a new engine, you start with the lightest recommended oil according to weather temperature (in this case 0W-20). And once, the engine ages, you will see the oil reducing, so you switch to heavier grade. In your case, you used the heavy oil in the prime of your engine. There is nothing you can do now. The engine might even have reduced its life due to the oil.
I know people here will say 0W-20 is too thin. I have driven 20,000km in the hottest regions of Pakistan. And trust me, it is the PERFECT oil for Wagon R.

What the hell? Throttle body? Sounds like choona to me.

What should be checked are coolant level, upper and lower hoses, radiator cap, water pump, thermostat valve.

I really don't understand why the throttle body needs replacement when the issue is engine high temperature.

I have personally driven over 20k km on 0W-20 in the hottest regions of Pakistan.

Paksuzuki has 0w20 in 3L and it's recommended for wagonR also

My brother WagonR (46K odo) driven on Suzuki 0w20 oil. He is aggressive drive and also travel on motorway once a month, never seen reduction of oil, car response is great, fuel economy is best.

I bought mine in 2016. Did 2 oil changes from authorized service center. They used 10W-40. Pak Suzuki must have launched 0W-20 in later years.

I have 2015 model, and I never allowed the dealership to pour 10W-40. I used to bring Kixx 0W-20 with me and forced them to use it until they introduced the correct grade.

Now i have question . I have booked wagon R. Now how i can confirm they poured which oil grade. I mean will it be poured for first time infront of customer.should i have to tell them before delivery of car. Its my first brand new car. So i have limited knowlege on these stuff.

First time they will either pour 10w40 or 5w30. When you go for first oil change, ask them to pour 0w20.

Yes
0w20 4L pack was launched in 2019 and 3L pack in march 2020
Before that
all used 3L 5w30 semi synthetic
Now shifted to 0w20

Paksuzuki uses 10w40 for 0 meter cars
Replace that at 1k odo, with 0w20

yes, it's my personal preference, draining 10w40 at 1k, will drain all excessive wear metals along with 10w40, then pour 0w20 at 1k
0w20 will clean everything till 5k and 5k onwards, your engine will be in 10/10 condition

They do have other grades available, but Pak Suzuki's negligence has already cost so much to their customers, because in Gujranwala right in front of me an Cultus VXL came for its first inspection service and oil change, and to my surprise, he poured SGO Ultimate 10w-40, and I even asked the Service Technician regarding this that shouldn't you be adding SGO 0w-20, which to he replies, NO! we only add oil recommended to us by Pak Suzuki.

never ever rely on paksuzuki , dealerships even use sae 90 gear oil which is not recommended for wagonR or cultus, always do research yourself and choose all lubricants/parts/grades yourself

My piece of advice
Rather than Crappy 10w30/10w40 oils, next time shift to 5w20, along with genuine filters,
Reason, 20 is ideal viscosity for k10b, meanwhile 5w oils have lower noack loss figures as compared to 0w oils, so 5w20 is ideal in your scenario
And observe consumption too for 1-2 oil changes
As for now, with 5w30, as you mentioned oil was at 75%, in k10b dipstick, upper point is at 2.9 and lower is at 2.5L
Means your car is burning approx 100-200 ml in 5k kms, which is really good and not an issue considering you have already done 80k+, engine health is 9/10 I would say, suzuki mentions that 1L in 1000 kms is max normal consumption, and in your case it's a lot lower, so nothing to worry about
And please don't pay heed to bunch of crooks on dealerships, they will misguide you everytime

Walikumasalam. Sir check the PCV valve. A clogged one can cause some oil consumption.
