Now suzuki canal motors asking me to pay 123000 more on Wagonr vxl which i booked on 12 October 21.Representative share list of accounts to send the money. Is it legit to ask customer pay difference to suzuki canal motors and not to pak suzuki?
Pay the tax amount and sell the car and earn own then book new wagon r again 🤣

Unfortunately i paid to Suzuki Canal motors faisalabad. I asked them but they said sales tax will be deposit from their end not from PSMCL.
Contact Paksuzuki and tell them the entire thing. You are purchasing through suzuki pakistan not suzuki canal motors. Suzuki canal motors is just a dealership.
there was a scam by toyota gujranwala in 2019 where the dealership asked for payment in their name instead of Company(indus) and then ran away. Indus motors even published this in newspapers
I sent the email to PSMCL and waiting for their reply. I described them and i have all the WhatsApp chat record of representative who sent me bunch of bank accounts number of Suzuki Canal Motors Faisalabad.I tried several times on Pak Suzuki helpline but no one pick the call. So i have no other option then waiting for PSMCL email reply.

I just tried calling them on almost 4 to 5 of their contact numbers but no one dam care to attend the call. I think it was my mistake to book suzuki car. I left no option to wait of email reply which i already sent twice but no answer yet so far.

Sure i will retry tomorrow before 12 as well. From customercentre@paksuzuki.com.pk i got no reply yet and still waiting. I am really confused by the way. Few people saying that it is normal to pay additional sales tax to local showroom and other saying not.Representative is indeed admitting/acknowledging that they received and will pay to PSMCL.
