i was driving today in heavy rain,their was moderate water stranded on one of the roads,passing through which water sprinkled inside from the driving side underneath my foot,it was a nite time so i couldnt notice where it actually came from ie driving side door or else from the engine bay as it i felt like it coming somewhere from front side floor ,any one faced any similar issues

Yeh Suzuki hay kuch bhi ho sakta hy , most probably from the accelerator pedal area!(Engine bay) or screen is not sealed properly

I am confused how to clean air filter in WagonR.

The manual has above figure. I can easily open the upper two clips. But the bottom one shows another clip and in reality there's no third clip. Instead there's a rubber and oil check stick in place of third clip. I tried removing the rubber but it's too hard so I stopped and thought better confirm it before removing the cover under which the air filter resides.

Any idea how to properly remove it?

with the two clips open .. push the plastic cover gently with both hands on sides ... when it's free watch for the small part above the clips which has wires connected to it... separate the bigger plastic case from that carefully and u will see the air filter inside the big plastic case... placed beautifully
