Not like alto...gear ratio is like cultus.....alto need to change gear immediately but wagon r not

Alhumdulillaah, I have been driving my Wagon R VXL since 25th June and loving its ride more and more with each passing day. I wanted to ask if any one here knows how to reset the trip A and trip B meter to zero, if possible? I have skimmed through the entire service manual in this regard but not been able to find any solution for this issue. Thanks in advance.

You've to press the long stick-button in the right most odo. Keep it pressed for a few seconds and the odometer will reset.

@all what's the average you're getting from your wagon R?
I've advised my aunt to buy this car. She's upgrading from a PKDM alto.
She intends to buy the VXL version.
Please also mention any common problems you've faced who have been fixed under warranty.

Omar sb, I am getting 12km/l in lahore with 100% ac. I am using 175/70/13 profile tyres, whereas the recommended size is 155/80/13. The fuel avg will improve after the break-in period of 5k km, insha Allah.

This is my mother's car. The reason she preferred it over swift is the high driving position. She could see the road right in front of the bonnet, whereas in swift or my corolla, she could only see the dash board and that made her nervous around turns/tight traffic. Your aunt should take a test drive to finalize her decision.

I have not faced any problems so far, alhamdolilllah, except for the absence of a night switch in the rear view mirror. I have resolved that by getting a grey sheet installed for Rs. 400, which folds down when needed, and does not hamper visibility even at night.

Respectfully, could you kindly show a photo of this grey sheet in yr rear mirror. I have the same issue of lacking nigh mirror in my car and would really appreciate your help as night driving is a pain in my eyes specially with ppl driving on high beams.

However, a valued Pakwheeler Ehsaan Sb suggested that the clamps would cause rust, and i noticed that they truly were collecting rust, although they were not leading water inside the car. I went to Suzuki today for 1st free service, and they installed painted clamps. Supposedly, if the clamps are painted, they wont rust. I will keep an eye on it as well.

So far it is going good, it is a good upgrade from alto, coure even cultus, for me it is giving mileage around 14-15km/l with light foot and calm driving with ac. I have read your review of Wagonr you wrote after test drive so you already know about it

Yes. I didn't know about the fuel average and any problems owners have faced like minor quality glitches etc.

Firstly, this page is very helpful to Wagon r owners or the ones who are looking for one.
Secondly, I have 2 Questions, which are that in VXL model, are there fog lamps and the additional roof extension part, and other features which i saw on a brochure picture (About 5-6 features worth 80k+)
P.S Couldn't find the brochure pic.
2nd question is what is the total price of a Suzuki Wagon R VXL model on road (including all expenses). A Breakdown of the expenses would be highly appreciated.
