I went to Suzuki to get gear oil changed. First they argued that we will not change gear oil if you have bought your own. I said why? Their reply was that Suzuki don't deal in crap oils! LOL! I asked them its my car and I want to use this oil. Then they said warranty will be voided. I said no worries. They asked for my signatures on some undertaking that they will not be responsible for any bad thing happen to gear box from now on
After arguing with them for almost 15min they agreed on changing the oil and then poured in exact 2.2 liters of gear oil!
Khair.. That was my last trip to Shituzki and now I'll get my car maintained on my own.

I mean no offence to any Cultus owner, but yesterday, as I was returning to home from office, I saw a relatively new model of Cultus with all windows rolled up (which obviously meant AC was on), and the poor driver still wiping sweat from his forehead with a piece of cloth. Wagon R may have its own issues like wobbling on windy roads, fuel pump noise etc, yet it has nevertheless been rendering chilled service when it comes to AC performance. Alhumdulillaah.

so pathetic 3s dealers use only single grade gear oil which is SAE 90 this is so disappointing yr fed up

Were they high on weed or something? Who says 0w-20 can be only used in 0 to 20 degree. Its about the viscosity of the oil. Wagon R have less value clearance so it needs less viscosity oil. Suzuki is crap!

I did that too....no reply...the best ilaj is to never visit dealer for maintenance....loss of business is the only language they understand

yes straight away i will demand recommended grade oils if not provided will tell them i am going for after market and i don't want any kich kich if any claim in warranty is due

I would rather tell them to give me a stamped paper that if something goes wrong with my car due to you stupid oil paksuzuki will replace my car eith kizashi as a "harjana"

Yes its better. 0w-20 is available but only in Kixx Neo.

bro they are not even engineers suzuki has only b tech staff. because they work for less pay as compared to full fledged engineer.
