How is handling of paki WR? I mean is at equally unstable as a Bolan dabba due to abnormal height? Are parts available now at local vendors like all other cars?

iam not the owner.
but you can see previous 100s of posts about high speed stability.
no major parts are only avail at 3s.
but small parts like air filter oil filter side mirrors plugs wheelcaps etc are avail in local market

This is not bolan dabba. Bolan dabba can not go as high as 160 KM/h. But this car can easily hit that and even cross that. This car is stable even at that speed.

Got Michelin 175/70/13...
and the chaal dhaal of Wagon R is completely changed...

Pros:
No vibration even on 140+ km.
No wobbling on 60kmph (it was observed with previous tyres even though I got wheels balanced from PS).
Braking is improved tremendously.
Very soft ride.

Cons:
So far, no issue.

What are the issues you have faced so far in your car? are you still recommending this car to others?

I ve put up my current car for sale and and still have not decided in local Wagon R VS JDM.

Yes it featuresless car but I can improve ac,breaks and install power windows anyday but I can't improve handling and road grip of a wr without major surgery to suspension I have already bought one though

I have WR and its road grip and handling is far better than cultus and I will not say anything about economy. Cultus at least should have power steering....its my personnel opinion if you are happy with cultus then good for you

WR feel lot stable with wider tires, i hope you are not confusing Body roll with stability ? tall design tend to have body roll but this does not mean it will just overturn, WR do not meant for drifting but anything else i can safely say it is a very stable car for speed upto 110-120 km/hr.

Have you bought new cultus ? if you were in dilemma, you could have contacted me, as you are in karachi we can easily meet and you can test my ride. As i said earlier, I can only recommend cultus if you want to do drifting, anything else WR can take care of that easily.
