Ask them to give you a list of required parts as you will arrange the parts by yourself. Then email that list to Pak Suzuki Karachi customer service for availability of those parts and from where they can be purchased. Also consult some parts shops who keep suzuki genuine parts in the market to source the required parts. In greed of commission these shop owners will instantly get the parts for you.
I remember a few years ago our brand new suzuki bolan was totaled, but then one of the suzuki workshop said no problem, we can replace all the body parts and rebuild it, as chassis is not damaged, even after six months they were delaying so we tried to put some pressure on them so they came up with excuse that we are unable to find the roof of it and some other parts so we said give us the list of parts required and we will bring them by our-self, so they said ok give us one week and we will tell you after one week they called us to come and check as the vehicle is ready for delivery.
During this experience we learnt that parts unavailability excuse is only to buy the time as dealerships are more interested in day to day small and quick tasks to make easy money, whereas in big accident car cases they try to linger-on. Moreover small dealerships like the one you mentioned also avoid such accident cases, but as per company policy they cannot deny, so they come up with this excuse of unavailability of parts so that customer try some other dealership by himself and we don't have to deny him.
