Just take the original file of the car, it will include invoice and a few other documents, whatever you have for the car, take it to the ETO office nearest to you and submit it there with the fee. It will hardly take an hour. You will be able to collect the file and registration book in a few days, the ETO will tell you how many. Don't go to any agents etc. They will all take extra money. It is a very easy process that can be done by oneself without much hassle, and without bribing anyone.
