Normally I did not observe this type of jerk by switching on AC even not listen voice when compressor starts work. slight voice comes when car is standing idle on signal or some quite place.

if you car is taking jerk when compressor switch on than please visit 3S to check and resolve this issue

Get your car checked by a good 3S dealer, AC jerk has nothing to do with using High Octane until car give jerk in normal routine too or even in neutral. The AC of this car is excellent you won't notice it turned on or when it tripped. There would definitely be an issue with the compressor or current issue you must get it checked!

can you please tell me where to get this whole thing from for wagon R 2018?
moreover can we install car chabi (smart key) that operates with a mobile app at the same time with obd2 ?

All new cars follow OBD 2 protocols. Even that old Cultus follows OBD2 protocol.

You can not install OBD2. It is a protocol that is followed by new cars ECU and sensors. Use OBD2 supportive ELM327 adapter (v1.5 or v2.1) to communicate with it.

If app supports the protocols then yes all information will be displayed. You can buy from AliExpress and make sure to buy v1.5 or v2.1 adapter.
