AoA. My Wagon R will be delivered on 20th Apr. Suzuki dealership is asking for 37k registration before delivery for Punjab Number. My Qs
1. What is the actual registration cost and is the dealership charing me extra in 37k?
2. Any difference for filer or no-filer of IT?
3. Can I instead get the papers and get it registered from Isb where cost is lower?
4. Which insurance firm offers better and cheap insurance plans?

You can get it registered yourself. That will save you money. Ask them to give you the papers when they arrive. These stealerships wish to make money through every mean. They get the commission on every car sale but still their bellies never fill.

Do they keep the car till I get registration or deliver the car along with invoice and related papers for registration by myself?

If you want to register yourself then you have to wait most probably till registration and it doesn't take much time though if you register the car yourself while the Suzuki guys will take 10-12 days in registering the car but you will get the car without even registering.
It's always better to go or call'em and ask about it yourself!

I think one can take out the car without registration even if one wants to register himself. A friend did that with a Honda City recently.

And yes, it is cheaper to get it registered yourself. Check pakwheels on-road price calculator to calculate the cost of registration. Or you can check the respective excise department website.

My car's tentative delivery date is 02/05/18, now the Suzuki Officials are saying that we haven't got instructions from headoffice that take Remaining amount of car and no letter so far but you give us bank draft right now so should I pay the remaining amount or wait for sometime

Got my catalytic converter cleaned from motor clean.It was fully choked after 66k .Overall pickup of the car has improved tremendously.

My waggy odo meter is 30K and completed 1 year. now i am feeling low in power during drive should i replace plugs now ? maintained by 3s dealer throughout but amx average in city drive is 12km/ltr and on every fuel change i have to do throttle body service.

how can i get better fuel average?

I got my obd ll yesterday tried connecting with car .. the device is paring with Bluetooth but not connecting with aap .. and only power light is showing not the obd light on scanner ... can you guide me with this ?
