2. Director with good skills
3. A good non linear editor
3. Finance at hand
4. Good actors so that it doesnt turn out to be a 'chuss'
5. Crew including cameramen, lighting experts, sound experts.
6. A business model for success.

Just by wishing something you cant make sure it would turn out good

So as general practice, one can disregard making such a movie and focus on a small gig, a much shorter version with a casual and acceptable look.

^Why would some one like to/should volunteer for a movie??? The level you want to focus on neither supports national development nor its a social cause.

As I said, you should consider working on a small gig and not a movie. Two entirely different concepts. You might get interested people in place of volunteers there.

this portal is full of enthusiasts who can pitch in with their bit of talent.

probably due to lack of faith in delivering this movie. This is not the first idea to go down the drain.

ive actually sat down with creative designers , concept writers and movie makers.

its on my to do list.

progess will be slow since im working on it alone

The movie should be focused on lake of user understanding about the basic safety features, basic gadgets, security measures, monopoly, fuel price hikes, lake of competition among auto manufacturer and lake of govt support for new comers in the industry etc... then this will be a social cause, and people will jump to become volunteers, even you can get help from NGOs by telling them the story of common men who are suffering. you can cover the other craze about cars you have mentioned in your this movie/thread.

You need to sit with senior members & get some tales of old days before PW, then the initial days of Pakwheels, some success stories & their craze during the very first moments, their very first GTGs & how they felt when they saw each other the first time... then few stories of RIP souls etc

If the movie really materializes, I would like to play the role of a girl who dumps you infront of the world and goes and marry the servers of Pakwheels instead. Than I would have a baby with them and name the baby Pakwheels who will grow and make a plaza by the name of Pakwheels right infront of your house.
