1 more thing that was decided in tomorrow's meeting... (just in order to make it in writing)...

That everyone (on voluntarily basis) will be meeting on First Friday of every month to have a little GTG to share their experiences and thoughts... and the venue of the meeting will be Mini Golf near Kalma Chawk (since it's almost in center of the city and will be easy for all the members to reach there...)

Hope this will bring some improvement in the activities...

I fully explored the Pir Sohawa Road today, in Islamabad. Before that I never ventured beyond the Monal Restaurant at Pir Sohawa. It was an amazing trip. The terrain is awesome and the road is superb - because I believe it is less travelled on and so it is less worn out, resulting in awesome road grip of the bike compared to the normal road to Daman e Koh and Pir Sohawa.

The road is about 16-19kms long (I forgot to take the exact reading from my meter) after which the road ends and a dirt track starts. A few friends who have explored that track say it leads to Murree.

No problem... whenever i will visit Islamabad, i will join you in this track again as i love this one... visited it once before almost 2 years back with few friends on car... and the whole way i was thinking that it's a perfect track for enjoying the bike... love to ride on such tracks...

also how was ur experience riding dlx there? i think that cg125 classic is better for mountain riding coz of its lower weight? what is ur opinion on this brother?

The Baubsar route to Chillas is shorter and very pretty but the road is not complete. Around 40kms is non tarmac and landsliding is always a risk but that is on KKH too. Still its worth it.
