I’m planning a full café racer build on my Infinity 150 and I want your opinion on the setup before I start. I’ll be running slightly wider sport tyres, lowering the front end, and going with a single café seat for the look. For the engine, I’m thinking of doing a stage 1 tune with a 63.5 mm bore kit (around 157 cc), upgrading to a PZ30 carb with proper jetting, maybe adding a mild camshaft, heavy-duty clutch springs, and an oil cooler to keep it reliable. My goal is to have enough power to push around 120 km/h without the tyres holding it back. For the exhaust, I’m stuck between going with a shorter, loud screamer type that might give a bit more top-end or a longer can that gives a deeper, smoother tone and better midrange torque. With this whole plan in mind, what engine mods and exhaust setup would you recommend to get the best balance of performance, reliability, and sound?
