what could be the price of this army auctioned defender 90 as scrapyard owner asking 600k for it..
98 model soft top, little bit rust undrneath and rear bumper. oil cap missing some rubber piping from radiator also missing..sold as seen
please advice how much should one pay for it..and what is the rough cost to rebuild it and from where as seen it in Gujranwala

@ IMMY..... Sorry for delayed reply. 6 lacks for this junk is too much... as per my experience... whenever any military formation declares the vehicle as class 6 (Irreparable) they change every working part with defective parts of other of running Defenders in UNIT. If any one buying this Defender should keep in mind that He has to do it as base over-haul project. I can help getting new parts but the price of this vehicle must not be more then 4 lacks, then it will cost you around 11-12 lack at the end of project.

Hey guys I live in the west midlands near were they still make these "tools" ..I ve had couple off v8 versions of the 110's ..far to crude for every day driving. Great to see them in there true invirement . Lots and lots of fun of road . Keep up. The good work.

I have restored 3 Defenders of almost same models. Restoring a Defender is really a wonderful project. Infact you can get any/all parts required for restoration. I am not in favour of putting TA engines into LRs, but few people in Lahore used 1 KZ are satisfied with it. so there is no harm. Please remember not to make alteration which changes look of a Defender. If you post some more pics I can surely advise you more on it. Shani606, and others can also help you in this regard. PM me if you seek any assistance on parts issue.
