AUSI i have even Tried on 100mbp/s and by 100mbp/s i mean it( where i get 6-10 mbp/s download speed) , download speed of map is same

You re right the map download speed is very low.it took 15min to download 40mb map otherwise my connection could download 40mb file in 6mins

Bro is it 3g or 3gs.Mine advice is to first update it to 4.1 .3.0.6 is very old version you have.First update it to 3.1.3 or 4.1.Then you can jailbreak
