I travelled three times (two way) and like the service, quality and timing are upto the mark. In my third vist there is some service issue I complained about it and it's really a surprise to me that they were too serious on my complain very well handled and then compansated more than my expectation. I am again booked for my next trip in December vacations.

This may be the biggest conspiracy against Railways in any part of world
Bus mafia and our politicians have very silently destructed entire Railway network
I always prefer to travel from Railway, it is irritating but still pleasant and enjoyable. If our trains only follow time-lines, believe me business is there.

Still I have seen a lot of rush on trains
every Karachi train is full despite this situation

No private train will ever sustain because Railway authorities and mafia never want success story of any train.
