I'm not saying you are neither is Wahab. But everyone is saying that by virtue of being in a society where normally the maximum speed limit achieved is 80km/h it would be in the best interests of the majority of the citizens that people who indulge in fast driving, did not make their presence felt in their midst.
Another thing, any lawyer can correct me over here; by law nobody is allowed to enjoy their freedom at the expense of somebody else's. Or in other words, if by exercising your freedom you hurt someone either physically or mentally then you my friend are at fault and not the victim.
