The matter of responsibility is out of question. A privately owned track responsibility is of the members. You would easily win this case in your favour in court. All you have to do is provide land and funds to develop one. And the funds are abundant depending on the spending on modifications. Build a dirt track first.

is it possible you guys get together and chalk out a plan. buying some land outside the city metropole. it will be cheap. make a asphaltic strip not very long. A mile long. by getting some funds or sponsorship and then start racing there as a pilot project. When you are ready I will be happy to add few hundred $'s to the fund. Thats my point dear.... what you think and doing is right ... so better take all these things in notice .... make a project on it ...so that all such activities are converted from illegal to legal

fighting with a community which is not more then 5% of illegal racing wont take you any where ....

saying to close this is an easy step thing ...we all want to convert it ...then some 1 does not follow it

Drag racing.. All the enthusiast asking for Govt.. Should get together on these groups and self sponsor a track. If an individual can spend a million on modification than.. We have so many enthusiasts. So if everyone come up with something we can have a drag strip and anyone who want to race pay some fee to race.. But this track should follow all safety standards..

now i believe you will make video of such FB pages and events and then tell the authorities what steps should be taken to make these legal or atleast you cant tell the steps but you can tell them by doing this we will have less stupid ppl on road

forward this to local police officers ...CDA officials ...do this ..and we will forward this as well and we will promote that 2

and why am saying this all is .... if you will point a single person out of 1000s doing the wrong act .... it will only allow others to show their hate and nothing else ............ you can already see ppl suggesting this n that ..but not a single 1 to say lets we promote it to legal way

so get all these underground groups administration on a table. make some plan. some deadlines and responsibilities. I am sure you will have a response in just a click... These groups just competing with one another by showing their like or videos of racing. have some GTG and you guys have an experience how to hold it.. start a fund with some reasonable responsible treasurer. Make some director/ members of the team and then hold meeting on intervals. And issue a press release with updates.. We will be keep on banging our heads .. and nothing will happen. Tell me what I can do. I am ready.. (H)

if they want to get other stuff done like a tint permit they wouldnt say that its for ISI only n we cant do anything,just one example,nothing at U so dont ask me about officers etc

but the point of this thread which i dont know if u noted or not is u can clearly see the guy doing 140 on single road in residential area,em quite sure you wouldnt support that,would U?

Race track.. if you dont have race track this means you come on the public road and kill people. You dont have a right to kill someone. and I have a question for you.. If your family is crossing the road and someone hit even with a cycle who gona kill that guy. I am sure.. I am sorry.. your justification does not carry any weight..

There is a simple differentiation which ye don't seem to understand, I quote again "speeding causes 3% of the roadside accidents not kill 3% people on the road". I would definitely discourage people racing on the streets because that is no place for cars to speed but on highways I won't because that is no place for pedestrians to be, government has made overhead crossing for pedestrian use that. God forbid that happens to anyone but I would look at the scenario not just start blaming the speeding guy bro, highways are meant for speedy driving not for people linger around.

So who's fault is it if someone doesn't follow a law and gets in an accident? I abide by the traffic law where safety is an issue more than you I bet. BTW I see that ye are currently living in NYC and saying that they put other people's lives at risk. Why don't ye visit Pakistan if you are so concerned and see for yourself if it is dangerous what racers do here. There are highways which pedestrians aren't allowed to cross and traffic is taken care of as well yet ye are blabbing around for no reason. Only lives they put at risk is theirs, if even speeding is risky

I am browsing the forum for more than a year and.. I always try to remain positive and neutral. Pakwheel is the forum where people are learning positive things and not promoting any negativity.
Now come to the point. I am sure you guys have seen these so called undergroound racing groups from Islamabad, Lahore, Peshawar, Karachi and almost every other "qasba".. I get upset when these groups promote such videos. I am sure there will be a lot of pakwheelers on this group who might be involved in these activities but this has to stop. If these guys don?t care for themselves then they don?t have a EFF u(/I%& right to play with the safety of the other people.. These groups call themself underground group.
I request them to go underground. If they do such activities either they will go underground or some innocent person will go. These simple 10 second stupidity can take life of someone. I don?t care for them if they damn care for other.. Please stop this non-sense. and report.

First of all be optimistic, I'm not a killing machine nor is any racer lol. I have been driving for around 4 years now and never endangered anyone's life Alhamdulillah because I speed responsibly. But know there are slow drivers on the streets who put lives at risk so may I conclude slow drivers must not be allowed on the streets.

We are talking about drag racing on streets not about licensing issues. That is altogether a different ball and game..

BTW I have 18 year of driving so called experience. Everyday when i sit behind the wheel. I make sure I am driving smart.. Not rash..

The pleasure is for few seconds only but the outcome if its illegal can be catastrophic for both parties. Just go in depth what does this mean.. Be safe
