Could you check how much in advance do we have to make the reservation?

Then a post can come as a final reminder for all participants/proposed participants to confirm by that date. And then get the amount if passes for those who have confirmed within the deadline

I think interested ppl shud buy itself, what if you buy 40 or 45 and ppl don't come up? please mention the discounted coupon price in main post or its 100% advance?

Better get them reserved.
If reservation not allowed, purchase half in advance and insist for remaining to be reserved.

PS: Most of restaurants there do not accept credit / debit cards, so people shall bring cash with them.

I just got off from the call with Saver.pk people. They say if I reserve 40 tickets I will HAVE to purchase 40 on delivery day since the receipt will be made and sales will be recorded. So first I should make sure the total amount of coupons I want to buy, order them and then pay in full when they are delivered to us on 18th at spot.

It's getting tougher by each moment. What if someone still says confirmed coming and is unable to come, we/I will still have to pay on his behalf since I got the coupon out in his name i.e. specific quantity. If I get less coupons, some will be left out and then they will have to pay the standard amount of Rs.1200 which is not right.

people who make payments can send scanned copy/picture of transfer details. On my part, i can see depositors name through e-Banking.
Hand to hand is possible but like I said I need to give a particular quantity order to Savers before hand and only that would be full and final since total bill would be made according to that. Their rider can't carry 5 coupons extra on spot for us in case we need them. Certainly he won't entertain any refunds either

This is a possibility however I am not sure who lives where and how to coordinate. People who are interested in volunteering from a certain area can let me know though.

Final Notice
Everyone who is coming for the Iftar at Ambala Corniche is requested to bring along Rs. 900 for the coupon. They may carry extra 100-200 for the drinks they may order. Rooh Afza is included in the Iftari Buffet.

Savers.pk has a complicated structure and they don't believe in servicing their customers out of their traditional way. Hence we will be following a strict protocol in terms of booking the tickets for Iftari.
Since coupons will have to be reserved in advance and I will be liable to pay at the day end after taking money from everyone at spot, I'll be booking only a particular tickets of members (see below) from which I get a response by Wednesday 3p.m. (time may change).

Note: If I 40 people message me and I reserve 40 and only 38 come, I'll have to pay for 2 extra tickets from my pocket. So please make sure if you can make it only then confirm. If someone is unable to message me (i.e. reserve their coupon), I would not be responsible for their coupon on the last minute since I will have to order 24 hours prior to the GTG. They will have to pay for the standard Iftari Buffet charges of Rs.1200.
