so any date n time decided as yet?
i have to see how this software works,last time i tried the link,it gave me many options n i chose skype call that worked,so will it be browser option or skype option would work as well?
i know how to use skype not sure how this software works

You can connect via browser easily.
I will also send Skype dial in link as well. Do you log in to Skype. Then click the link i will send for Skype connection. Once you click the Skype link . Automatically your Skype will be calling out to the meeting and will connect.

The invitation email will be sent with both links.. Skype as well as browser.

Ok guys.. we will hold this meeting on Friday May 10th 2013.
The meeting will start 930pm Pakistan time. The meeting will continue for 90 minutes (I hope so :P)
Below are two links for the meeting. if you are using the cell phone/ ipad, any tablet.. as soon as you click the browser link .. it will take you to download the blue jean app. ( Google market or apple app store) install the app.. which is free.

Alternatively you can click the link for browser on your computer and it will take you to the meeting. For the first time it will ask you to download and install the plugin.. which is automatic.. you have to just click OK and install.. refresh the window and you are in the meeting. I will recommend all of you please just click the link and get ready before the meeting by installing the plugin so that once we meet on the day.. we don't have any tech issues. the link is safe to click and there is no malware or virus.. lets be assure. :)

If you want to use Skype.. once you click the link .. a window will open with option Skype enables. you should already be logged in to Skype. click join meeting.. your Skype will dial the meeting. enable camera on the left bottom and you are connected.

while joining via the browser .. once you are in the meeting on the right panel you will see your own video window. if you dont see your video.. there are settings for camera and mic and speaker. select the correct devices from the list which are connected with your computer. it will normally automatically detect your camera and mic.. but if you have external mic and camera connected.. you have to select which one to use. At one point 9 video screen will be available. if we have more then 9 people.. then once some one talk his camera will get active automatically. its as easy as A B C....

i got ur email fazal bhai. took a peak into blueJeans (the website :P) . its a very easy process. i had to download a small plugin, 6mb or so. n after that i was in. though no one was there at the time. i ll be in the meeting for sure now InshaALLAH
