I'd suggest that make poll on amount per head one wants to spend instead of venue if per head cost is bothering you.

etc.

This way those who don't want to spend more will be able to inform you what they want. And that will make your life easier. Right now you're just assuming the amount one wants to spend. If max vote for, say 500 then you can finalize a place that offers meal at 450-550 per head.

i do find it practical bro but ive changed the priority of the meet to the gtg part ,dinner is secondary,who ever wants to stay for the dinner,vll decide the venue at that time.so that per head cost isnt bothering me now
