Count me in as well
I would suggest to arrange it as early as possible in winters more or less .
The climate of the day of this event should be pleasant(although I knw that's the matter of God but you can take estimate from web or any other reliable source). That's the main comfort for the audience/visitors otherwise it can't go up to the mark..
If we see everyone sweating and keeping towels etc etc that doesn't sounds great. It sounds so weird..
So its just my opinion you better know what and how to do as you have already arranged couple of events so best of luck for this one and this gonna be huge btw

Rashid bhai we have all sorts of audience for the cars n bikes,leaving out a specific type of cars wont be fair,though id be entertaining only a very specific number of local projects to keep the quality of the show.

From Organizers point of view your right and Also from Expectators point of view it makes sense to have everything under one roof.

But the main point is if car owner doesnt turn up thinking its a mix up , as there is nothing much for him in it, then what?

Theres this guy who has a s2000 in defence and usually cruises outside my tution, will try and catch him. Also theres a green miata in defence will try and locate him aswell.
