I second your opinion, same thing happened with me any some friends, was discussing this yesterday with Haris. I would like to request the management that if the cars are being registered, atleast inform the member now or well in time either their rides are approved or rejected so that no one bothers to bring it at the show and get insulted. One more request, a reasonable participation fee can be charged to make arrangements and filter the unnecessary crowd. Since it is Karachi show, local volunteers should be encouraged who know most of the members and respect them. The entry should be fair and not biased if a person is coming prepared for the show, give him respect or reject his entry well before time via pw id/sms/email. Despite last year bad experience I again registered my cars just for the love of this platform and I assume people will not be disappointed this time since we have a better place now. But I will not take my cars unless i receive some confirmation from the management prior to show. Sorry for being rude but this is what i felt and wanted to share.

Also there is a big divide between karachi members and the management. Last time ali, nashtrooper, and i were in contact with participants and it was very embarrassing when we had to tell a lot of people that they had to go back home even though they received a confirmation SMS from pakwheels. It was very demeaning when people waited outside for hours for a chance of entry. And they had show worthy cars too.
I'm sure the space related issues will not be faced at expo. Looking forward to a great show this time around. Good luck.

I think that all those attending the show should get together and have a meeting a day or so before the event itself.

So Expo it is Great.. I think the decision taken is already too late.. we should have discussed this a month before and decided the venue.
Anyways i hope it turns out to be a great event..

please share more details i.e any oems brands , parts vendors, parts dealer, after market accessory vendors, food & beverages vendors pariticipating last but not least is it an INDOOR HALLs event or open air event.
