I think one 9 point scenario needs to be stated...

1. Check out my modified ride, please comment

2. The vaddas reply with "owsum"
3. Others flood the thread with ricer comments
4. OP says Don't spoil my thread and argues [not realizing he wanted comments]
5. Mods delete comments and leave a warning
6. The blind ones keep calling OP a ricer
7. OP starts giving death threats
8. Mods close thread
9. OP comes up with mods why did you close my thread

Used when people post something which may either be some twisted joke that the 2nd party can get offended at, or the post is quite insignificant and the 2nd party is very sensitive and easily offended.

Also, multiple posts with only one sentence or one point of the topic under discussion. e.g. page 1 of exactly this thread. It is an attempt to increase the post count.

Even when the delete post button was available in the previous software version.
