hmmmm, memon dear first of all sorry for too late reply, forgot this thread and was buzy in others spc. Mobeen and Rashid bhai's threads.

Regarding Nashta, I have something different in my mind. I love most to eat Nashta at Paradise Point just in front of the SEA. (Nashta consist of Mutton Kaleji (fried home-made) with Karak Rotti (also called Double Rotti) & Halwa Puri of United Bakers (Karimabad) or Asr-e-Shireen (Gulshan) then DOODH PATTI (also home-made) and THEN THE NASHTA COMPLETE WITH DUNHILL.

Thats nice but mera nashta to dunhill kay baghair hi pura ho jai ga. Also the native name of karak rotti is PAO it is from india and it is eaten as a street food with vegetables called bhajji and hence the name pao bhajji. The bread is absent from bakeries of lahore but we bake it for eating with qeema, nihari and other things. Another thing is that these days karak roti in almost all of karachi is phok wali i,e it weighs very less but there are 2-3 places in karachi who make bread that is heavy. One of them is misquita bakery in saddar and the other one is in saddar as well but at this time I dont remember the name of it.
