Now this is seriously serious issue and need to be addressed rightly. Refund is not an issue the complaint from respected members is genuine and shall be considered a complaint without any prejudice @ubakhan @ahmadsaeedbwp @fazalwahab11375 treat this complaint nicely and resolve the issue before you people start stamping my rear with infractions & site banning the complainant !

I gave them ref number of transfer in 5, minutes
it was confirmed
they didn't inform about date of delivery
when they called me
that Lady said it will be with u in 3-4 days

I asked after 8 days
they kept delaying
and then started hanging up my calls
n saying PW team is not there
I said give me contact number of any senior staff member
they said ... we don't have

what a great staff u got

when we signed up
it showed so many discounts on different brands

now they are gone !!!

if u daily post a featured ad or buy pakwheels products then its for u
all other discounts have gone with the wind

If they just provide auto related discount then thats enough for me. Even if they dont provide any thing at all even then i would have bought it. For me its not abt discounts its about showing my love for PakWheels.

@ubakhan, i have received my card but there is no key chain... also i have noticed that the envelope has been cut from front and then resealed by tape.. most prob the courier company has done this.. really bad on their part.. my family member received the parcel otherwise i would have refused to receive the same... plz look into this

cos its economical

so here if they just had launched it without discounts ....it was good
but now excluding those brands from package is hypocrisy

no one is regularly buying PW products or posting featured ads on frequent basis
