Went to Makki oil store on the Akbar chowk , got oil change and when asked for discount by showing Pakwheels membership card , they said "Ye bas likha hua he , koi discount wagera nai hota"

I too sent a cheque for membership card which was received on 21-9-15 and encashed on 22-9-15. Still waiting for the card under september promo ( pakwheels cap promo).
