It is done by LR and the settings are posted by momin haq on two pages back but you have to tweak them on every situation lighting etc to give best results

Yes i will surely try panning shot but slowing shutter results in blurring the car itself. The camera needs to move in the same rythm as the car which is a bit difficult but i will try it for sure
