A friend of mine, living in the famous overcrowded Abu Shaghara suburb of Sharjah parked his car tight between two others, enough that one of them will have difficulty but not impossible, getting into his car. Next morning, he found his 2 tires flat. He knew which car owner was culprit.
For the next whole week, he will not park his car until he finds that same car, deflate his 2 tires and park somewhere else. One evening the owner was hiding and caught him red handed. My friend's response was very simple "you deflated my car's tires once and I'll do it for ever with you until you say sorry." The owner of the other car, due to his specific ethnic background, had to say sorry and leave without question.
