Passo 2005 transmission problem O/D light blinking

Im still facing the same issue. please advise, which place in khi can offer me a complete solution to this problem

I sold the car, dont want to invest more in that car.
The mechanic told me to replace the transmisson, cause was the type used of transmission oil. A person told me who had a problem with a passo used a cvt oil and solved its problem, and no problem from last 3 years in his car.

Besides i have engine problem i need to fix them both. So decided to sell it, seems to me an easier solution

I dont think so there is any part called "small sensor" anywhere in the engine

not IN the Engine.. One can see that sensor a little above the engine .. let me take a pic and post it here .. changing of that part would solve ur blinking O/D light problem inshAllah ..

just googled about it ... it is know as [h=2]Crankshaft Position Sensor CPS[/h]

That is the speed sensor and not the crankshaft position sensor. I think.

My passo 2006 O/D light blinks after the engine is heated to an extent. This is accompanied with gear shifting problems. Can anyone suggest a remedy. It is really very Nuaseating!

that is the the output speed sensor - you can also see an input one also in the pictures - and this is the gearbox not the engine.

Nazir electrician G8 islamabad changed my inlet valve and throttle body. I am no longer facing this problem.

Dear all I am also having the same issue for last 8-9 months in my passo 2009 1kr fe.Whenever vehicle runs, od light start blinking and transmission start jolting and shifting does not commensurate with speed. Car also shutdown itself if ran for a longer while with od blinking Went to several local mechanics, done cleansing of all sensors tttached to gear box, have also changed gear oil T-iv, checked with scanner multiple times but no error code found. I m Baffled now and no idea what so ever what to do further. Please guide if any be has sorted this issue in his pas so.

I had the same issue with my passo..firstly i scanned my vehicle and it shows error U101 , the electrician said there is an issue inthe gear gilter so you have to change the gear oil and filter..but when i changed both the things, the problem still persists.then i have scanned again and the electrician clean all my sensors with the dashboard cleaner that are located at the door panel on the passenger side inside the car with the 7cf carburator cleaner..
And it gets the problem done
Do the same before going to change your oil or any other sensor

Pull up the error codes, if any. Check the CVT oil level. Perform reset ecm, Zero point calibration and the CVT oil calibration. If you already have done all this, replace the transmission.
