Dear frds, bought Passo 2008 couple of weeks back. Car is awesome but AC giving problem right from starting days. It produced back pressure of AC gas after using AC for 10-20 min. After some research I replaced passo compressor with duet (denso) compressor along with condensor and filter. That worked fine no more than few days and now again facing issue of AC gas discharge (as safety valve operates) after few minutes drive. Engine becomes pretty heavy with AC ON. Blockage in condensor or valve seem to be a probable cause. Today AC mechanic will check and fix it as he gave me a verbal warranty for one season. Letc...
